We wanted to let you know of our own plans. Russell and I will be retiring in July this year.
Not an easy decision, as you well know, but one that has been carefully made over the last 2 years.
We absolutely love what we do at The Yellow Broom, but our intension was always, when reaching sixty to retire from the hospitality industry.
As a family restaurant, The Yellow Broom has truly been a “labour of love” growing from a small establishment, flourishing throughout the years into a well established dining venue, hosting weddings, events and latterly beautifully presented accommodation.
It has been a real privilege for us to have been part of the Cheshire dining scene for the best part of our careers. We are immensely proud of our small contribution to the industry and to building memories for all our phenomenal customers.
However, now that our children have chosen their own career paths, which Russell & I are extremely proud of and fully support, it is time for us to sit back from our 45th year in the industry, we are ready for a change of pace. And we know you will all wish us well on our new journey.
Finally it leaves us to say Thank you, Thank you, personally for all your support throughout our years at The YB.
Our Fondest & best Wishes
