We hope you enjoy your search for a Cheshire wedding venue, it is such an exciting part of your wedding planning journey! We completely understand that you may wish to explore different venues in the area to find the one that feels exactly right for you. Often, couples only discover a venue’s true potential after booking, so we have put together some additional information and answered some questions to help you decide whether The Yellow Broom is the perfect choice for your special day.
Provisionally Booking Your Date
You can provisionally hold one date with us for 7 days. This ensure your date is secure with us without any obligation and gives you some time to contact Cheshire East Registrar or a Church and check with friends and family.
During this time if you have any other questions about the venue please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.
If you do not wish to keep your date, please let me know so we can release it for other couples. If we do not hear from you after the week your date with automatically be released back into the availability.
Confirming Your Booking With Us
To secure your booking for your chosen date we will send you a booking form to gather some more information from you both. Once this has been returned, we then require a £1,500 deposit to secure the venue. Once we have received all paperwork and a sign terms and conditions you will receive a welcome to the Yellow Broom email.
Security deposit
A security deposit of £500.00 will be added to your final payment, one month prior to your wedding. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days after the event.

What is included in the price?
When you book The Yellow Broom, many fantastic features are already included in the price. These include a professional toastmaster, a built-in lighting system, and a high-quality music and PA system, all of which your coordinator will manage on the day to ensure everything runs seamlessly. You will also receive a Welcome to The Yellow Broom pack, filled with helpful information and details to guide you through the start of your wedding planning journey. After 6 weeks of booking we will invite your in for a ‘Welcome Meeting’ to run through your plans for the day.
How flexible will your payment plan be?
At The Yellow Broom, we offer a staged payment plan, allowing couples to pay in manageable instalments. If you require an alternative arrangement, our team will be happy to work closely with you to create a payment plan that best suits your needs.
What happens in the event of adverse weather or a power cut?
When you book The Yellow Broom, you can relax knowing we are fully equipped with a backup generator which automatically kicks in when the power goes off, which means your day can go on uninterrupted. We also have climate control throughout the venue for your guests comfort. Keeping you cool in the summer with air conditioning and warm in the winter with underfloor heating throughout most of the spaces.
Do you need wedding insurance?
Your wedding is one of the most significant days of your life. While we plan for everything to be perfect unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. Wedding insurance offers a financial safety net, providing piece of mind so you can focus on enjoying your journey to saying ‘I Do’. Therefore, we would recommend you getting wedding insurance. t of the spaces.
